1. All Sales Are Final
Magnet Pro subscriptions are non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund of any payment, in whole or in part, except as expressly stated in this policy or as required by applicable law.
This applies to monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and any partial billing periods.
2. Billing (Magnet Pro and Magnet Turbo)
Magnet Pro and Magnet Turbo are billed at their full monthly price ($299 and $399 per month respectively) starting immediately upon subscription. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals.
Once charged, no refunds will be issued for that billing period, even if you cancel immediately after the charge.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal accessible from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged again
- You will retain full access to the Service until the period ends
- No refund will be issued for the unused portion of the period
4. Discount Codes
Any discount code, where offered, applies only as described at the time of the offer and to the plans specified. Codes cannot be combined with other offers or applied retroactively to past purchases, and they do not change the non-refundable nature of any charge.
5. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions provide 2 months free (12 months for the price of 10). Annual plans are billed in full at signup and are non-refundable for any reason, including non-use, dissatisfaction, or account closure by the user. If you cancel an annual plan, your access remains active until the annual term ends.
6. Service Issues and Outages
We do not provide refunds, credits, or extensions for:
- Temporary service outages or downtime
- Slow performance or feature degradation
- Changes to features, pricing, or policies
- Instagram restrictions, shadowbans, or account actions taken by Instagram
- Inability to use the Service due to your own technical issues
- Failure to meet any specific growth expectations or projections
If a major outage occurs that significantly impacts the Service for an extended period, we may, at our sole discretion, offer service credits.
7. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer for a charge that is consistent with this Refund Policy is considered a violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate your account
- Pursue collection of the disputed amount plus any chargeback fees
- Permanently ban you from creating future accounts
- Report the dispute to credit reporting agencies
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at contact@marketingbymagnet.com before disputing a charge.
8. Failed Payments
If your payment method fails when we attempt to bill your subscription, we will:
- Retry the charge over a 7-day period
- Email you a notification to update your payment method
- Pause your subscription if all retry attempts fail
You can resume your subscription at any time by updating your payment method through the customer portal.
9. Exceptions Required by Law
If applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require a refund in specific circumstances, those laws supersede this policy to the extent required. EU/UK customers may have additional rights under their local consumer protection regulations.
10. How to Request a Refund (in eligible cases)
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the limited exceptions above, send an email to contact@marketingbymagnet.com with:
- Your account email
- The transaction date and amount
- The reason you believe you qualify for a refund
We will respond within 5 business days. Refund requests outside the policy will be denied.
