1. Who we are
Marketing By Magnet is a website design and marketing brand operated by Ochs Holdings LLC, a Missouri company (490 Red School Rd, West Alton, MO 63386). This policy explains how we send text messages (SMS), how consent is obtained, and how you control the messages you receive.
2. What messages we send
Our text messages are one-to-one and directly related to a conversation you already had with our team. The most common message is a single text containing a link to a concept website we built for your business, sent after you asked us to text it to you during a phone call. We may occasionally send a short follow-up. We do not send recurring automated marketing blasts, and we do not add you to a bulk list.
Example message: "Hi [Business], here's the free concept site we rebuilt for you: [link] - Chloe at Marketing By Magnet. Reply STOP to opt out anytime."
3. How consent is obtained (opt-in)
We obtain your express consent verbally, during a live phone call with a member of our team. Before we send any text, our representative tells you that your business website was rebuilt as a free concept, asks for your permission to text you the link, and confirms the best mobile number with you. We only send the message after you say yes and confirm your number. We do not text numbers collected from purchased lists, web scraping, or any third party, and we do not send messages without this verbal consent.

4. Message frequency
Message frequency is low. In most cases you receive a single message. If a short follow-up is warranted, message frequency varies but remains occasional and tied to your specific request. This is not a recurring subscription program.
5. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Marketing By Magnet does not charge you to receive our text messages.
6. Opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP)
- To opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you opt in again.

We honor every STOP request immediately.
7. Privacy and your mobile data
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in data with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. 8. Supported carriers
Messages are supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
