General Refund Policy
All payments made to Marketing by Magnet are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly stated in writing prior to purchase.
Due to the nature of our services and digital offerings, refunds are generally not provided once access, work, or service delivery has begun.
Non-Refundable Services and Products
The following are non-refundable once purchased or initiated:
Advertising services
Marketing consulting or management
Magnet Pro and Magnet Turbo subscriptions
Software-enabled or platform-based services
Digital goods or digital deliverables
Website design, creative work, or videography services
Any custom or personalized services
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with results, changes in business circumstances, misunderstanding of services, inactivity, technical issues outside our control, or mid-cycle cancellations.
Subscriptions and Recurring Services
Subscription services renew automatically according to the billing terms presented at checkout.
You may cancel a subscription at any time prior to the next billing date to avoid future charges. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of previously paid amounts.
Failure to cancel prior to renewal does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Digital Goods and Deliverables
All digital goods and electronically delivered materials are considered fulfilled once delivered via email, secure link, or cloud platform.
Once delivery occurs, the transaction is final and non-refundable.
Service-Based Refund Exceptions
In rare cases, a refund may be considered at our sole discretion if all of the following conditions are met:
No work has begun
No access has been granted
No resources have been allocated
The request is submitted in writing within a reasonable timeframe
Approval of any exception is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact Marketing by Magnet directly with any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks after service access or delivery may result in service suspension and additional review.
Refund Processing (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
Legal Requirements
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Refunds will be issued where legally required.
