Most offerings provided by Marketing by Magnet are services or digital goods, including but not limited to:

Marketing consulting and management

Magnet Pro and Magnet Turbo software-based services

Digital strategy, optimization, and analytics

 

These offerings do not involve the shipment of physical goods.

 

Digital Goods and Digital Deliverables

 

Certain services, such as website design, videography editing, digital assets, or other creative deliverables, are delivered electronically.

 

Digital goods are fulfilled through one or more of the following methods:

Email delivery

Secure download links

Cloud-based platforms

Client-approved third-party services

 

Delivery timelines for digital goods vary depending on project scope and are communicated to the client during onboarding or in writing.

 

Once digital delivery has occurred, fulfillment is considered complete.

 

Physical Goods (Limited Use Cases)

 

In limited circumstances, physical items may be shipped, such as raw media storage devices or physical materials associated with videography services.

 

If a physical shipment is required:

Shipping timelines, costs, and methods will be communicated in advance

Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent providers

Tracking information will be provided when available

 

Marketing by Magnet is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.

 

Service Fulfillment Timeline

 

Service fulfillment timelines vary based on the specific service purchased and client responsiveness.

 

Fulfillment typically begins after:

Payment is successfully processed

Required onboarding information is received from the client

 

Estimated timelines are provided in writing but are not guaranteed, as service delivery may depend on third-party platforms, approvals, or client input.

 

Non-Delivery and Client Responsibilities

 

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information, access credentials (when applicable), and timely communication.

 

Delays caused by incomplete information, lack of access, or delayed responses from the client do not constitute non-fulfillment.

 

Refunds and Cancellations

 

Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase or outlined in a separate Refund Policy.

 

Digital goods and services that have already been delivered or initiated are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
